We ship Monday - Friday up until 3pm each day. If you order outside of this window then it won't be next day that you receive this.
As your ordered at 3:57pm, you missed the cut off.
This is explained in our delivery terms that are available throughout the checkout and on the main site.
We have never missed shipping an order and will never do so.
