“ I ordered 100 plug plants from catalogue in January and told dispatch would be early march. revised to mid march. I didn't receive plants and after several phone calls and unanswered emails I have finally heard that dispatch will now be mid may. customer service appalling. I thought they were a big enough company to be able to fulfill orders and have staff capable of answering queries - obviously not - I'll never use them again ”

“ Placed my order on 15.03. And just like many other reviewers on this site, I still have not received anything. Have chased 3 times and every time they say it’s at the stage of dispatching and I’m not allowed to cancel my order. They advised that the only way how I can get my money back is by actually waiting for this delivery (which might never arrive) and refusing it and sending back. I’m not an exper but seems like a breach of my consumer rights, I am now raising this with my bank to see if I can dispute this transaction via bank as this seems like a very dodgy company, would not recommend anyone to place orders with them. Shame I didn’t read these reviews before I placed the order, the worst service ever! ”
