Hi Vanessa, I'm sorry the vape wasn't working. I spoke to you over the phone. We have a 6-month warranty on all of our devices. Please bring it back to your nearest store with the box and invoice, and we can sort it out for you!

“I received the product very quickly but the battery doesn't hold charge it goes flat and then won't charge up again properly How can I return and get replacement asap as I was using to come of cigarettes and I was relying on it”

“Actually I need to send it back as it won't hold charge i will need a replacement what address should send it too can you send replacement asap I don't want to smoke cigarettes and I was doing well with the vap and now I can not use it as the battery you sent was faulty”

“The mod i ordered was nothing as compared to the claims on the description. No product is 100% but the product i bought was not even close to half. I am sorry for a bad review but i think it’s important for a business to be familiar with their product.”

“Poor management I called at the store for Uwell crown IV series in gold colour. They told me it isn’t available at the moment but can organize by the nextday. I called next day to check if they got it. But got told to choose different brands as they could not get the product on provided time.”

“I was customer at this shop when they start till this moment.Problem start when you buy e-cig from them and if something going wrong,they dont want to help with guarantee.All the time is some exuse..I had a few e-cigs and all the time after 2-3 months was something wrong.No returns, and you can't get any refund. So not recommendet!!!”
