“You guys only go with Aus post and make it so the package needs a signature to be delivered which isnt possible since Aus post only delivers during working hours and their stores are only open during working hours so I had to take a day off work to collect my package which could have been avoided by givng them authority to leave instead of a required signature”

For security purpose, all the parcel have been set up as required signature to avoid parcel missing. With Australia Post, when the recipient track the shipment or receive notification from Australia Post, the recipient could always request leave at safe place, or you could also set up safe drop with Australia Post. “You sent me 2 bottles of expired juice. I wasn’t going to complain but since I was asked for a review I thought I would mention it. the expiery date was removed from one of the AJ juice botttled but someone forgot to remove it of the second.”

Hi Samuel, Thank you very much for your time to do the review and rating for us. We are really appreciated this. We will send your feedback to the manufacturer for this issue. We received the juice directly from the manufacturer and the juice are all freshly made when we placed the order. I believe it could be the labelling issue at their end but I will certainly send your feedback to them.
