“I have made a few ordered and the vapes themselves have nothing wrong with them, Unfortunately the customer service is a bit poor when they have taken money for 10 vapes and have only sent 1 after 4 or 5 emails chasing them they finally sent the 9 that I was missing. The lack of communication is what bothered me but overall they seem to be ok.”

“Ordered a Darwin CBD disposable vape, it came through the post I unboxed it and it didn't work. I've messaged twice and heard nothing at all back. Very disappointed and will not be using your website again.”

“I purchased the Haze Legend 1000mg CBD Disposable Vape 3500 Puffs Calicola flavour. Unfortunately my first one was faulty so Vaper Store swiftly sent a replacement! Amazingly, the second one had completely leaked out too! Again, Vaper Store customer service was fantastic and sent a second replacement immediately. This one was completely fine thankfully! The vape itself is great, smooth and yummy flavour and really nice cbd vape. The faulty ones were entirely down to manufacturing and not Vaper Store because they were sealed and Vaper Store couldn’t have known the state of the contents. Luckily I took pictures as proof and they were outstanding with their service and how they handled it. Will still definitely get this product again despite the initial issues, and will absolutely be using Vaper Store from now on!”

“Have paid for express delivery 1-2 days for my 3 separate purchases. Only downside was for 1 order I was waiting 3 days and I think same day dispatch would've prevented delay, given that I ordered on a Mon at 1030am. PRODUCT: does what cbd should, cute style bar, decent price. Bought 3 times now. Happy customer:)”

“Vaper Store delivered the product promptly and replied to my question quickly so I cannot fault them. How the vape I bought, the Endura S1 Disposable Vape, had a burnt coil from the start. I prepped the vape before hand like I would with another vape like this however it was burnt from the first pull.”
