“Was ok at first dealing with issues, ordered a derwin cbd disposable vape pen which came faulty which they replaced very quickly with another faulty one🤦‍♂️ and this happened 3 times in total faulty, damaged and damaged , each time I complained took longer for them to reply. I finally got an email from them saying that a replacement has been sent, and then a few hours later another email saying due to a technical error we have ran out of that flavour” would you like another another flavour or refund, which I replied YES!! And that was a week ago and still no reply 🧐…. So please be careful from ordering from this company, they we’ll deal with your first issues quick then each issue after that we’ll take longer and longer, sending you faulty product one after another.”
