“I am new to vaping so went with vape uk brought a whole set up mod tank battery charger batteries juice etc my nic shots must have been left out as was not in there and my bottle of juice was damaged and had leaked some juice contacted vape uk they replied within a hour which is unusual usually it’s a few days they sent my nic shots out the next day they asked for a picture of my bottle and sent me a 50ml bottle of juice as a good will gesture as there didn’t seem to me to much had leaked out there customer service has been the best of any company I’ve had to deal with they where very quick in sorting this whole matter out and I was so glad I chose vape Uk to get my vape gear from I would not be using anyone else thanks vape Uk”
