“I really love elf bars and used them for a while. I’ve noticed the current one I have is very weak, almost faulty. I haven’t had one like this before, guessing it’s a one off but I have been disappointed by it.”

“The vapes are very flavoured and they have helped me to cut down my smoking from 20+ a day to just 3!!! Only reason I'm giving 3 instead of 5 stars is I had problems with a few of them (flashing after one pull and not working again). Overall very pleased.”

“Love the elf bars, they last a couple of days each and come in really good flavours. The design is good too and there’s a nice tactile feel to them. The mouthpiece isn’t big and clunky like some vapes I’ve had either. Website is easy to navigate and the loyalty points are built up pretty quick if you buy a couple of weeks worth at a time. Only criticism I have is that twice now I’ve bought enough to qualify for free delivery and it hasn’t been applied, and I’ve been charged for delivery. If I’m spending the same amount of money anyway I’d rather have an extra vape. Don’t know if I’m supposed to enter a code or something but it’ll be the first site I’ve used where the free delivery option doesn’t show up alongside the premium delivery options.”

With regards to the delivery cost applied at the checkout, we offer free Tracked 48 delivery on all purchases over the amount of £20.00. Any additional service, such as a next day delivery service, is an added cost. The one order you placed with us recently, came to £20.00 and therefore qualified for free delivery, but you chose to select the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which is where the additional cost was applied, as this is not a free service on an amount of £20.00. “I love the attention to detail with the order delivery and the e cig I bought. Unfortunately, I don’t think the flavours I bought taste of anything so have bought more elsewhere which I was disappointed with as I loved everything else”

“The company itself is good but the elf bars are very hit and miss, some taste good and some of them taste just burnt and horrible. I’ve had to throw a few away due them just tasting like battery acid”

We have looked into the orders you have placed with us, regarding the delivery aspects and can see on both occasions you opted to remain with the default standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, rather than select the optional Next Day delivery services available to you by DPD or Royal Mail. Royal Mail kept to their aim of delivering the orders we sent out on the 48 hour service, both of which were delivered within this time frame. We offer next day delivery, 7 days a week, providing you select this as the preferred shipping option, otherwise the order will leave us on the free Tracked 48 service. Hi Robert, Thank you for your review and feedback, you have raised a very valid point, which we are currently working on correcting. Our current platform doesn't allow for the rounding up of pricing to, as an example, a flat 3 for £10.00, and only allows us to round evenly, hence the 3 for £9.99. The good news is, in the near future, we will be moving to a new platform where this issue will be addressed and allow you take advantage of the discount offers, incorporating the use of the free shipping offer. “Great but one of the 5 is faulty. After taking a puff it doesn't switch off and keeps burning for another 2 or 3 seconds. Unusable as very burnt taste”
