“Great site, bad customer service run by a bot that only tells you limited programmed answers, I placed an order which was said to have next day delivery, However it's been 6 days and I haven't gotten a single word back about what's going on!”

“in short seem ok fair pricing the aspire breeze 2 has already burnt a coil out so ive now got to buy some more coils but if I go through vape uk it will cost 2.95 in postage”

Hi Martin, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The website is laid out as best possible with regards to the components needed for a Vape setup. Typically a vaping device is purchased as a KIT, found on our site under Kits, then replacement parts for these kits can be found under TANKS or MODS and COILS. The product you purchased from us would have been found in the collection of products known as MODS, with a full description of what it was and what it included. Vape UK

“Sky solo plus mod is ok being regulated after the battery dies out so does the hit, tank is average no adjustable air flow so it kind of whistles while vaping. Good flavour from the tank, mod is light enough too, only main issue I had was one of the coils was damaged, mesh strip was after coming away from the cotton so was just getting dry hits. Love the chocolates to thank you”

“Shipping arrived over 100 hours late, despite paying for a tracked express delivery. Courier choice needs to be updated to a more reliable one. However, the contents were in good condition and not damaged, and the price was reasonable. Scale and selection of goods on offer was impressive. Will use again as to ensure this shipping problem was a one off, but if shipping continues to be an issue, I will be changing to a different online retailer. I am aware that VapeUK has no control over delivery after dispatch, but changing courier (or offering different options) would remedy this for me.”

“Both juices I purchased were really nice! The cotton I'd got was very convinient but the demon killer coils are dreadful. Been vaping for some time now, I know my way around am rda very easily and they just burnt out real quick and lost flavour”

“I bought the Vaporesso podstick to give it a try, I was used to the ordinary vape pen and liked the idea of the simplicity of the podstick. However, it's not for me. I feel I had to refill it a lot more often than the vape pen and didn't get the same satisfaction from it. As you have to replace the pod after every five refills, it means I imagine it will cost a lot more to use as well. It IS a much simpler way to vape and recharge but generally I prefer the pen.”
