When you order good but 2 times I've dealt with them and order is short this time I ordered 5 nic shots and 2 120mil juice what came thru my door 5 nic shots tried to ring them phone kept being cut off.

Terrible customer service, I contacted them as all 15 coils burnt out within a day. Michael asked me loads of questions about vaping style, juice, settings, priming etc. Then wanted original packaging to help them contact their supplier. Emails back and forth and eventually said I should have kept the boxes and basically, tough!! Absolutely unbelievable, I will NEVER use this abysmal company again.

Hi Emma, Sorry to hear you feel this way, as with any retailer, when a customer raises an issue with a product they have purchased from us, we will go through the necessary troubleshooting steps, to determine what the potential cause could have been. You contacted us after having had issues with 3 packs of 3 coils having burnt out in one day, also noting that you had experienced a similar problem with numerous coils of the same brand and specification, from eBay and dozens of other retailers. We advised you that the dedicated Mouth to Lung coils you had purchased were not suitable for use with the high VG liquids you were using, which was more than likely the cause of the problems you had encountered. For any potentially faulty products, suppliers and the manufacturer require the packaging and relevant batch/serial numbers to investigate any such matters further. We would never dismiss a potential issue raised with us, so requested the above information, which you informed us you had discarded of everything required to help you further. As detailed in your correspondence, had you kept the packaging or even the coils themselves, we would have been able to help offer further assistance concerning replacements or a refund. There is something seriously wrong with the pukka juice sent, bubbling in pipe, clear thin liquid and using a bottle in two days is not right?! I’m very suspicious of this stuff being fake.

Website was easy to use. Delivery had a bit of a complication but ended up it was on time but I ordered 10 vape 5 geek bar and 5 elf bars out of the 10 4 of them where duds completely dead on opening. So was a waste of money wont be ordering again.

Been having these elf bars a while now, bought some this week from here, same flavours as we normally get loacally, however these are lasting 0.5 day with mild use and flavours are off. Either a bad batch or these are fakes !!

I have ordered 3 times from this company and every time the delivery has been late after paying for next day delivery, contacted customer services and was given excuses that truck was late in depot so I gave them the benefit of doubt, placed my third order and again payed for next day delivery and hey its not shown up again, phoned to make a complaint and was told I needed to pass age verification on the app, If I have a bank account I'm old enough to buy these products trust me guys this is a way of getting personal details from the customer its a scam avoid like the plaige as promised every time I've contacted these rude reprebates of a company ive been promised a refund for delivery still never received it.. avoid this company at all cost!!

Hi Chris, Sorry to hear you have been left feeling this way after having shopped with us recently. We have looked into your order history, which shows us the first order was placed on a Wednesday evening, after our cut-off time for delivery the following day, but can see it was successfully delivered on the Friday, as advised. The second order you placed on a Monday was unfortunately delayed by DPD at their depot, due to a missed trailer, something which we apologised for and refunded your shipping costs as a gesture of goodwill. As anyone can appreciate, when unforeseen circumstances like this result in the delay of a customers parcel, it is as frustrating for us as it is for the customer, but sadly out of our hands. Due to the rise in popularity of disposable vapes, we have had to upgrade our age verification software to help prevent vaping products falling into the hands of minors. This meant existing customers are now being asked to verify their age as a one-off legitimate check, which takes around 10 seconds to complete and will not be asked of again. Having a bank account in the UK does not require the account holder to be over the age of 18 years old, which is why it is important these one-off checks are carried out. We can assure you and our customers that our third party age verification partner, 1Account, are a trusted and legitimate company. With regards to the phone call you made, this was quite the opposite to what you have explained, with numerous members of staff overhearing the profanity and expletive language you used towards the colleague you spoke with, who remained calm and responded in a professional manner, explaining the above age verification process. I've been vaping nearly ten years and suffer from chronic pain every day. The cbd oil didn't help at all and every time I used it I couldn't stop coughing.

I bought bales before they were fine the kiwi passion fruit died after a day. I vaped on it a couple of times. It started making a weird noise.

Hi Graeme, Sorry to hear you didn't receive your order, I have contacted you separately by email but had no response, as I had been in touch with Royal Mail, who confirmed to me there had been an issue with your parcel being held at the local delivery office, following your request to have it delivered to a different address to the one we sent it out to. They advised me that they would action the delivery office in question to send the parcel out for delivery, which when checking the tracking for your order, it now shows as having been delivered on the 21st April. I'm sorry to say that I'm very disappointed I try to order some coils and e liquids but every time it requires me to verify my age and the site that you have dosen't work ot doesn't take my phone number credit card passport nothing so 4 times I had order cancelled

Hi Mandela, Thank you for leaving a review, sorry to hear you were experiencing issues on our website, all our age verification checks are carried out by our card processing software when payment is taken, without the need to verify your age on our site. When a customer first lands on our site, there are no immediate requests for age verification, only when you go through the checkout process do we then request you tick the box to state you are old enough, but without the need to enter any information, just confirmation by ticking the box. I can see you successfully placed your order, so hopefully you got round the issues you were experiencing but if you do have such problems in the future, just drop us an email and we will help assist further. Poorly labelled and advertised. Not returning to this site. Vampire vapes 10ml are not 50/50 as advertised they are 60/40. Also i order a Blueberry not a Blueberry slushy. I hate mint, and i make sure the ingredients do not include menthol. But just like other websites they either sent you the wrong option or advertise it as only fruity, when in fact they are mint.

Just that loads of the liquid lids were smashed and not been put it good enough packaging and the kids were coming off but too much and I am really not pleased with it
