The item is faulty and currently on route back for refund. The Vape will not recharge and got hot whilst in use.

Came with a faulty tank and glass, smashed under no pressure in my pocket. Dangerous... No replacement from Vape UK and no replies to any of my emails. Pathetic company and customer service after spending nearly £100 they just don't care so long as they have their money already.

Hi Charlie, You emailed to inform us the glass on your new tank had cracked and we advised you about the replacement glass which we stock. Unfortunately you had thrown the complete tank away. You then demanded we send you a whole new tank out in replacement. We advised you we could not do that and the email you sent after was very rude and demanding, which we don't appreciate, much the same as your review calling us a 'Pathetic company'. Regards, Vape UK

order received, but bulb glass ordered does not fit my wismec Amor NS pro. It was in plastic and not glass that I wanted

I requested 18 mg of tobacco flavor and was given 3mg. Waste of money.

Hi olajide, After checking your order details you ordered four bottles of amber gold tobacco in 3mg, i don't find it fair being left a one start review when this mistake was made on your end and you haven't attempted to contact us to ask for them to be changed. Kind Regards Jordan

Hi Jimi I have checked your order and both a confirmation and dispatch email were sent and the order was processed and dispatched on Monday 21st January, sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. Although the aim is to deliver between 3 and 5 working days it can take up to 20 working days due to customs and your local postal service (this would take delivery up to 13th February). Looking at the tracking details your order has arrived at the Silkeborg distribution hub so I would expect you to receive this in the next day or two.

Hi Nicola, We did email you in regards to your order being shown as delivered by Royal Mail and the last email we sent you we never received a reply to, unfortunately it has now been left to late to open a case with Royal Mail/ Kind Regards Jordan

I ordered an item 8 days ago, received an email saying it'd been dispatched straight away. Looked at the tracking and it's still not been sent. The only further correspondence was this request for a review ;-)

Asked on delivery notes for vape to be left behind bin/back garden if no one was in. This was ignored and posted, dog destroyed delivery. Asked for a replacement and they said it was the royal mails fault so would not replace.

Hi, I am sorry we couldn't resend your order but as per our delivery terms we can't relay any information to royal mail, We offer a service with DPD where you choose a safe location and have a one hour delivery text to your phone. This is avalaible for free for orders over £100 and for a small fee for orders under this value. Kind Regards Jordan

Order placed - no sign of it and no care to resolve. Called to enquire - advised to wait - called again - advised to keep waiting. Yes it wasn’t a big order but my intention was if the service was good then I would use you as my main supplier. £22 down the drain, can’t be asked to chase or wait for your failed promises. Shame really

Hi Araf, Apologies for the inconvinience but do you know who it was you spoke to as we would never just advise a customer to wait on mulitple occasions, also after checking your tracking i can see the order was delivered by Royal Mail on 11/01/2019 which is two days after the order was placed on 09/01/2019 Kind Regards Jordan

The tank gets so hot even in the briefest of use that you cannot touch it! A good smoothie cape but let down by the issue above.

My vape came broken, the battery was blown and I charged it overnight just to check if it was due to it being a new battery not holding charge but I’ve just wasted £40 on a vape that doesn’t work😡😡😡

My order was placed 10 days ago and I paid extra for next day delivery. I understand Christmas is a busy time of year and Vape UK were helpful when I phoned to chase but my product has still not yet arrived. I’m very disappointed and I hope it is worth the wait.

Hi Luke, unfortunately the initial delay occurred due to you not putting a house number in your address. Then we hit Christmas and the subsequent backlog. Please do let me know if you do not receive this tomorrow and we will chase the depot for you.

Hey we get wrong e cigarette we ordered 2 smoke prince stick and we get one of it and a prince baby stick and one 8ml buble glass is missing too!!!

Not happy with my purchase spoke to vape to resolve matter but not happy as they could have easily sent replacement drip tip rather than having me to send it back especially this time of year don't

Hi Rose, as we explained, these drip tips are each completely unique as they are made from resin material. Natural differences in the finished product is normal. Each drip tip is matched to the fitment of the tank, so unfortunately we don't have any spares we can send otherwise we happily would have sent one for you.
