Ordered a vape and liquids, when the parcel arrived it was open and the liquids missing. After using the vape for less than a few hours it was leaking constantly.

I followed the instructions to the letter, however once I put the juice in and began to vape it all leaked out, I kept trying to fix it even going on YouTube but I ended up losing 2 bottles of juice. I emptied it and put it back together, but now it just says no atomiser detected. No matter what I do it won’t detect the atomiser. So basically I’ve not been able to vape once. I spent £80

Not impressed had one of the basic vapes and the fluid was coming out of the mouth piece

It was good until it ran out of charge and won't re charge, I've left it on charge for ages and it's not working. Such a waste of money, I'm very Dissapointed.

The vape pen doesn’t work and I’ve had nothing but bother with it. Waste of money and I’m very disappointed 😞

I ordered a TECC arc5 online which arrived on time. I charged the battery and primed the coil as instructed. However, after putting the unit together and trying to Vape, an error came up ‘atomiser short’. I contacted Vape UK and was told to ensure the atomiser head was attached properly, which it was, and retry. Still the unit would not work. I called Vape UK again and was told I’d have to buy a new coil!! At £12 each!! This item was brand new and not working. I visited a local shop and spent another £40 on a new Vape, which works. Disgraceful response and complete lack of help and assistance. Will never use Vape UK again.

Arrived in good time, however doesn’t work at all. Followed the set up instructions very carefully and if just doesn’t do anything. Doesn’t seem to have any power (even after leaving on charge) and the liquid leaks out of the side. First time I’ve purchased a vape and really disappointed - will go to a shop next time rather than trust online.

Hi David, we're very sorry about this, we have had an issue with Royal Mail this week resulting in a number of parcels going missing. This is obviously frustrating for all of us as we run a same working day dispatch service and usually your order would arrive the next day. Because of this we are now discussing the issue with Royal Mail and looking at alternative shipping options to ensure this doesn't happen again. Again please accept our apologies for us letting you down, but please rest assured this is not typical for our service. We are of course re-sending any missing deliveries on an upgraded service to get to you quickly.

Hi Dan Your order was shipped on Friday using Royal Mail First Class service which we would normally expect to arrive next working day but are advised by Royal Mail to allow up to seven working days. No deliveries are made on Sunday so it has only three working days today. I would expect your order to arrive in the next day or two but If your order has not arrived by Friday please get in touch by either Telephone or Email.

I’d give a zero star rating if I could. Thought I’d try an order from vape uk instead of my normal site totally wicked. Well what a mistake. Was sent out totally the wrong colour vape, even the box had the correct label on but vape was wrong colour, then got told that it was right colour if the lights shinning on it.... how ridiculous. There’s a total difference in blue and purple. Didn’t even look like the picture on the website. Terrible service. Won’t be using again.

Hi Marco, we're very sorry about this. We did offer you a free return on the item but you later emailed to say you didn't want to bother returning it. We sell sealed items so have no way of knowing if the wrong colour was inside sadly. Again if you wish to return the item then please use the free returns link we have provided.

Innoken Jem vape turned up broken. Every time I go to take a toke it just shows green but doesn't actually initiate the coil to burn the juice.

Product is faulty. Does not work properly, seems to have some circuit issues, makes a lot of noise when pressing the button and leaks all the time. Waste of money.
