“Good price and quick delivery but sent me the wrong colour pod. Ordered gold geek vape as a gift with a gold tank. Got a pink gold pod though. Didn’t notice until it was opened so couldn’t send it back!”

“Generally straight forward and good service but slower delivery than expected but understandable with the current pandemic. Unfortunately, product leaks substantially when not upright.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, as you can imagine during the current times we are experiencing Royal Mail have experienced delays with parcels, especially those to Northern Ireland but your order left us on the default Tracked 48 service on a Wednesday evening and was delivered on the following Monday so they didn't do too badly. :-) I will email you shortly with regards to the leaking issues you are having with your Vaporesso Orca Solo kit in the hope that I can rectify this problem for you. “Can hold lots of liquid, easy to install, only down side is it cracked within two days of use on my pocket, if it was stronger would definitely give a 5 star”

Hi Santeri, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, your order was placed on the evening of the 7th of July and left us on the 8th of July. International shipments to Europe can take up to 15 working days to be successfully delivered. “Delivery was fast and prices were good. Choice wasn't bad, seemed to be something there for everyone's taste. The three bottles of Dr Frost I ordered however expire in August, whilst it's not a problem for most, I found they tasted awful...particularly Watermelon Ice. They've obviously been sat in warehouse for a long time, this is great for the dessert flavours as it increases flavour but not for fruit or menthol flavours.”

“Great service from VUK, I was however slightly disappointed in the flavour of the Riot Squad Signature Orange as it certainly doesn’t live up to the hype. I get a sweetness with a cloying flavour which doesn’t taste of orange to me.”

Hi Anthony, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, its very much appreciated. I have looked into your order and the reason it was delayed was because the post code you entered for your desired delivery address was incorrect which you then corrected two days later enabling DPD to deliver successfully the following day. “Hey truth be told I made an order on a Monday shipping didnt start till Thursday I received my product over 8 days later plus the cost of shipping was shocking expensive feedback from them was great to be fair and products eventually turned up, packaging was excellent and everything in tact, other than those two points.. I would use again but just expect long waiting times.... And hefty postage #starman official”

Hi Anthony, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The order you placed with us on Monday 8th of June for International Shipping to Ireland was processed and despatched the same day which then left the UK on Thursday 11th June through Royal Mail and arrived in Ireland on Sunday 14th June for processing through their Mail Centre before being delivered to you on the 16th of June. All International Shipping services can take 3-15 working days as with any shipment with Royal Mail and is detailed on our delivery page and throughout the checkout and ordering process. Unfortunately due to the current Covid19 Pandemic and the effect it is having on couriers around the World has led to subsequent delays with parcels leaving the UK due to limited flights and transport available.
