“I love look of my pipe but I find it very difficult to draw any vapour, I have had several vape pipes and never had the same issue with any other pipe, so sorry to say I was very disappointed.”

“Bought some bubble glass for my crown 4 without realising I had the tpd version. It was a shame the website doesn't state that it's the bubble glass for the (usa) crown 4, especially seen as you can't buy the non tpd version in the UK. Slightly annoying. But shipping was quick.”

“Carrier was delayed. Took 6 days to deliver (domestic) which they advertised as tracked 48 hrs. Responded to emails though.”

“The flavour intake of this vape is amazing as well as the smoke and delivery time. Although I did realise my item was chipped which I wasn’t to happy about, and would have been better if there was two coils instead of one. But overall the clouds are big and has good flavour.”

Hi Attila, I just reviewied your order and can see that unfortunatley you placed it at 6pm thursday evening choosing DPD. This was after our 3:30pm cut off for next day deliveries, therefore your order left us on friday. “Very fast delivery to Australia!!!! Great product BUT I ordered the pacha mama and selected 'include nicotine' and it was missing from inv#92685 upon delivery. Maby an oversight but I could have purchased it locally with 0 nic hence why I order it Over seas to get the nic shot. Product is great quality though”

“Postage was swift and product arrived perfectly fine. Technically however, liquid droplets are coming out the mouth piece when I take a pull on the vape, which is annoying, as I'm getting it in my mouth which tastes horrible. I work in London and don't have a chance to go in store.”

“I was sent 3mg liquid when I asked for 0mg so I cannot use the liquid I paid for, don’t get me wrong it wasn’t a lot of money for my liquid but still they still took the money. Other than that the service was extremely mediocre... for such I big business if doesn’t run as soomthly as others. So I think I will be using a different company with better service at a lower price aswell.”

Hi Jake, I have checked your order and you did infact order two bottles of heisenberg in 3mg, leaving us a 3 star review doesn't seem fair when this mistake wasn't made by us. Also you could have contatced us and asked us to swap them for 0mg. Kind Regards Jordan

“48 hour delivery was a bit of a myth - ordered on Monday, royal mail tracking stated that the seller hadn't posted the item until friday. Its ok, but you should be clear with your customers if you have no intention of providing a 48 hour service.”

“Previously bought The Merge Unification and the e-liquid was authentic. Decided to buy from VapeUK again, this time The Merge Transmission, but unfortunately the e-liquid does not appear to be authentic (example: bottle different to that advertised online).”
