Unfortunately can't give 5 stars because they have taken away there rewards for writing a review. I use quite a few vape companies and they all have reward schemes. Sorry, just my honest opinion.”

We have a customer loyalty programme which I can see you are a member of and are currently utilising. With regards to a reward for posting a review, this is not something we have ever had in place on our loyalty programme, including both reviews for customer experience or product reviews. We are however, currently redeveloping our entire website onto a new platform which will give us a vast array of enhancing our loyalty programme, including rewarding our customers for leaving such reviews, so watch this space. “Really good selection of products at really good prices which works for me. Very quick to dispatch and easy tracking service as well. On a couple of occasions products were damaged in transit, which were replaced and sent out with next day delivery. On many occasions you get a free sample of a new e liquid and you always get a complimentary little chocolate which is very thoughtful 😊”
