“I’ve been using VapeUK now since early 2019 and came across them accidentally while trying to find a specific coil. I was a heavy heavy smoker until I was told to categorically STOP smoking, and I started using many different vape companies each month and paying loads in delivery charges. VapeUK are always ready to help me with ordering in special products that they don’t hold like eliquid or coils. I’ve only had 1 parcel gone missing (which was eventually found by post office) which wasn’t VapeUK’s fault and they sent out a replacement order in the meantime. They have helped me with Vapes that stop working (charging issues) and have replaced items under warranty, and always answer the phone during business hours, and rapidly respond to emails. Throughout this terrible COVID-19 they have been working hard to still keep us all in coils and eliquid, and they deserve a standing ovation for that! I cannot praise these guy & gals enough, they’re my heroes! Keep up the good work, and thank you for working so hard to keep us all “Vappy” 👏👏👏👏👏👏”
