“First class service. Had a problem initially and they immediately sent out another unit. It was later found to be the battery that was the problem. So one unit sent back (they also paid postage) and refunded me what I paid for the battery. I will certainly use them again and would highly recommend others use them too. What customer service is supposed to be like.”
