“Great service, easy ordering and speedy delivery and even better great discounts for ordering multiple items and rewards. Customer service is amazing I had a problem with an item that was faulty and reported on the online chat. I was contacted via email and after a couple of emails given a discount code to use on next order reimbursing me for cost of faulty item... no fuss... brilliant service and company”

“I started ordering from Vape UK a while ago now, this was because the company I used to use up here in Manchester stopped stocking the coils and e-liquids I was buying. Since my first order I’ve never gone anywhere else. The service is amazing, next day guaranteed to Manchester, what’s not to like, their range is extensive in every area from coils, liquids even to batteries. Great customer service every single time I’ve ordered. If anyone asks me to recommend a vape supplier I just point them in the direction of Vape UK, and they too have have the same great customer service.”

“Exemplary in every aspect. I have been a customer for almost 8 months and I have not even the slightest complaint. They offer a comprehensive selection of well-priced products. The products are always delivered within the time stated, if not sooner. All my deliveries (e-liquid, bottle, mod, tank, coils) have arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Their customer service is from another world. I once contacted them regarding an issue about a delivery and despite the problem being at the courier's end, they responded immediately and sorted it out. Such high levels of professionalism are really scarce, especially in the online selling world. Keep up the excellent work. Thank you!”
