“I don’t normally do reviews however I hope this helps people looking at this online. The blue mag grip online looks like a lighter blue however it is not!!! They only have one shade of dark blue. Mod it’s self vapes fine and after some use you will find the tank flooding and dripping out the air vent. All tanks do this and this has a big coil so gets hot and leaking is inevitable. Good for the price and bigger tank glass is a must. Had no problem with this mod so got a second one for the wife”

When they realised they'd made an error I immediately got a phonecall- sorted it, apologised, put item in first class post and a free gift as an apology ! “so far, so good. haven't had product long but working well so far. occasionally some liquid gets through the mouthpiece which is a bit annoying so i regularly wipe it with tissue paper”

“Vape UK is a very good company and I cannot fault their customer service. My only comment which would make them 5 stars, in my opinion, would be to make sure their pricing isn't too high as for the same product, you can get it cheaper elsewhere. Finally it would be good to have a wider selection of E-Liquid, it's too limited and not enough popular brands are available.”
