Bro, the first place that Vaping is horrible, but this site steals your money and you'd be left poor.

Company is trash, shipping is slow, customer service is garbage.. Order was wrong screwed me on my refund has been over 2 month process

This company is a scam. Tracking scam. Won’t issue refund. Said item was signed for and delivered. To where??? The middle of nowhere?? Wouldn’t issue refund. Wouldn’t send my call to a manager cause there is none!!!!!!!

These people will take your money, not send you your product, then give you the runaround and make you jump through the same loop over and over for months. Eventually they will say you can get a refund then not issue one. Don’t do business with these people unless you like headaches and throwing away money.

They sent EMPTY PODS when I ordered COULS. How could anyone get that wrong, no less at a vape shop. They must have monkeys just through things into packages and mailing them. Unacceptable!

Beware, There’s no way to tell if the company is a scam or the shipper. Either way they don’t take responsibility for the shipper they chose. 2 weeks waited, the vague tracking number shows in transit and doesn’t move for 5 days and after 4th complaint and demand for refund just another decline and stating refer to tracking that now says out for delivery and here we are 3 days out for delivery. There’s no way to know who it is supposedly shipped with but tracking is a scam and I am disputing the charge. Prices are only about 25% less than retail stores and not worth the bad service and never knowing if anything is ligit.

Kathy in customer service was no help in tracking my shipment at all and told me i should have read the website regarding shipping (I had asked who it was shipped through as she couldnt provide a tracking number) Rude and talked down to me... left me on hold for 19 minutes when I asked for her name and address of the company in order to file a complaint... ordered the 15th of the month, not shipped until the 23rd (or at least thats what i was informed).. horrible service

I have been ordering through vapor beast for at least 5 years now..I get good quality products and all is shipped and received within a week with standard shipping! Very reasonable prices and they're dependable!

I ordered 4 boxes (5 each) of coils. I found 3 defective coils and they replaced with full box, FREE. Can’t get better service and stand behind your products.

I had 2 issues with my order. First, my juice wasn't in stock and then my new tank had a defective seal. VaporBeast was AMAZING. They refunded me for the juice and sent me a replacement. They got back to me quickly and were very professional! Great service!!!

Delivered in a timely manner, juice has great taste, the vaporesso plus is a good product for the price, I've enjoyed it. Customer service was excellent.

5 days to get a confirmation. I sent an email and it was never returned. Wildly unimpressed at how slowly they put my order together. I'd recommend another shop or site. Theres a reason they have 3.5 stars.

Items were missing from my order. VaporBeast made it right by sending via UPS next day air. Have been doing business with them for 2 years now. Incredible customer service above and beyond. Highly recommend.

DONT ORDER ANYTHING VIA MAIL!!!!! The habitually use snail mail, even if you pay for first class delivery. Not the first time this has happened... Order something Monday-2 day shipping. Comes the FOLLOWING monday, no refund on shipping costs

My first time dealing with them I screwed up placing my order thinking my order did not go through but it did. Michael is the rep who helped me and at the time he could not see where I had placed an order so I gave my order to Michael. Of course the next day my card was hit twice with the same order. So I got in touch with Michael and that day he took care of my card by placing the money of one order back on my card. I'm in Georgia and two days later I received my order which came packaged perfectly. FAST SHIPPING. I will definitely be using VaporBeast more in the future and Michael is my go to rep. He gets it done & done right.
