Hello David, Thank you for your review. You ordered your gaskets on Sunday 8th, they were dispatched via 2nd class delivery on the 10th of May so you should under normal circumstances have had them by the time of posting your review in the 13th. I'm struggling to put into words how much of a let down VEE Wee has been, I purchased a clutch slave cylinder and opted to buy the replacement hose as recommended by yourselves. On arrival it was evidently clear that it was not going to connect to the new slave cylinder, as well as only being half the correct length, i contacted VEE Wee to enquirer about returning the hose and your sales assistant was shall we say;less than helpful, just send it back and we will refund you was his reply,he wasn't interested that your website is giving wrong sales advice, I have had to cancel a trip planned for next weekend as I will be under the Van fitting the correct hose bought from one of your competitors. I have spent around 2 weeks trying to get bits ordered for my bug, parts sent through have either been wrong, very poor quality or things have been missed off the order altogether. I haven't had an invoice with my parts so don't have an accurate record of what I have paid for. Automatic payments have also been taken without authorisation when I have sent parts back and asked for the right ones to come through.

Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. Basically you offered an item on line with a photo and a different item arrived. When questioned I got "sorry for the inconvenience" and "I'm sorry about the picture this must be sorted". No offer, no nothing, other than returns are free. What happens to me I need to be messed about filling in forms, finding and tripping off to the nearest GSF Parts centre to recover from your mistake. Disgruntled. I noticed your company title when preparing this "WE LIVE IT" it should be "we get it wrong and when we do we just ask the customer to sort it and do not really care"

Hello Tim, Thank you for your comments. As discussed at the time, we were showing a now obsolete version of the part you ordered in the image. As this item was no longer available from anywhere, we have replaced it with the equivalent item which is actually more efficient but looks physically different. We are sorry you were not happy with the explanation or the part you received. I ordered my parts and Payed for them even payed for extra postage to get here at 10am, 1:30 parts have still not come so I phoned up ask where my parts were they said phone this number which I did only to be told the parts were not in stock so I wasn't very pleased why couldn't somebody phone me and say the parts are not In stock so I will not be using again in the future

I phoned up to get the dimensions of an item. They couldn't be bothered to measure and were rude on the phone. I purchased the items and it wont fit... its going to cost more time and effort to send the item back - Not impressed

Ordered incomplete, chrome was damaged (bent) seals were split and didn't fit very well and door card clips had to pulled out further to use. Still waiting a call back after email with reference to the missing parts. Have to say I'm very disappointed :(

You sent products that were not fit for purpose, did not work and were of very poor quality. I emailed you over the weekend asking for a refund and still have no response (Its now Tuesday 12:00)

Spent £270 with VeeWee, but 10% off, first order code was not accepted by website. Did not receive a dispatch email within 2 days so contacted customer support by email. Stii got no response so phoned customer support where I got through to a disinterested member of staff who advised that it would be late, delivered the next day, when I wasn't at work to collect it and lost the garage space booked to fit it. I have Still had no response to my original email!

Ordered a gearbox reverse light switch for a beetle. Item arrived but was faulty. it leaked from between the metal casing and inner plastic body. poor quality product

This is a basic seal which I appreciate reflects in the price, however when I fitted it became apparent that it has a simple moulding around the door retainer and only one corner piece. There is a good 40 - 50mm excess from the moulding to the corner piece, the rest of it has no corners which means it doesn't fit well, once fitted in the door channel you are left with a large amount of excess material (about 150 - 200mm).

Emailing about a faulty part was ok yesterday but the replies dried up when it seems that the part is faulty not very happy with service so far! Eventually got a reply and number to ring, told needed to take part back but required an authorisation letter from them to do so, this has not been forthcoming I have waited well over a week so VeeWee are not a reliable part of GSF VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Had a very poor experience with VeeWee. I started using VeeWee about 6mnts ago. As a business they have always used other companies. I started work here about 6 months ago and this field was all new to me so needed as much help as possible. I came across Richie that works for you and I can't express how helpful he has been to me, so I continued to use VeeWee. We do alot of camper restorations. This time I didn't deal with Richie and it has been awful! I asked for help with the parts and was just told to look on the website, eventually after a push they did help me with the parts numbers. When I received the parts there was numerous parts missing, which ok can happen, but the person that dealt with me failed to help or even apologise, just said it was human error. I had paid express delivery for my items, which isn't cheap, but my customer was due to go away in their camper for the bank holiday wkend, and after 2 days my missing parts still haven't turned up! All round terrible experience.
