“Got through quick and speedily one of the components I ordered however the other was incorrect. It had been labelled incorrectly so sent in error. It wasn’t the part I ordered neither could it be mistaken for the part I actually wanted. Parts always delivered quickly and this has never happened before.”

“Type 2 anti roll bar brackets do not fit! I tried multiple clamps and 3 pairs of vice grips to squeeze together the bottom of the bracket in order to slide on the clip but it was still way off and ended up bending it. In the end I had to make a steel collar with an M6 bolt which is much better. Delivery was on time though.”

“One of the Products sent was not as per pic do ended up being wrong. Replacement panels poor quality All returned with no probs so gave 3 star otherwise it would have been 1 star”

“no communication as to when the crankcases where coming after payment had to sit and wait in every day just in case. communication is essential. when I got the crankcases the exterior of them was very rough no very pleasing considering they were vw parts especially when I spent £774 on them. perhaps better photographs would be a good idea.”

“Products delivered and as expected. Compared to other online orders I feel the communication was poor. I got an email confirming order but no follow up emails whatsoever. Be nice to get an email saying items dispatched and a rough idea of when I will receive them. Even emailed to ask and never got a reply”

“After speaking to one of your advisers about what shock absorbers would fit my lowered vw t2 ,i gave him all the measurements of the shockers i and the measurements of the distance on the van with the shockers removed he gave me a choice of two ,one would certainly not of been any use and would not of been able to remove my wheels the others were the standard size so i ordered them unfortunatley they were to long so i had to return them to a branch of gsf in liverpool so not a satisfactory experience .not blaming the advisor very friendly just had the wrong information.”

“I like the company as they deliver fast, but sometimes they do have some sub-standard parts. Bought some inlet manifold clamps and the scroll fell off on one straight out the bag. Had to fix with a vice and grips, not ideal. But, they are quite inexpensive for some things.”

“Parts took over a week to arrive after confusion with the order, had to contact customer service who sorted out the issue but I would of still been waiting if I hadn’t. Happy with the parts and customer service team help.”

“Very good prices and free delivery with products that appear to be if you’d quality. The only let down is that I never received confirmation emails for both orders I have made and my account showed them as being processed days after which led to me having to phone to confirm all was in order.”

“Prompt and efficient service. However, the ignition contact set purchased was less than satisfactory as the length of the LT wire was too short causing it to rub against the distributor shaft. I had to crimp in an extension to get a good fit.”

“Hi Great service and the item arrived quickly, a stainless exhaust system very well made, unfortunately I was told it would fit a Splitscreen camper by your team, but alas it doesn't unless I cut my rear valance and Bumper, not something I wish to do so will be returning the item. Please do let other splitty customers know that if you have a standard splitscreen bus that you will need to modify your bus or the exhaust extensively to get it to fit.”
