Very poor customer service, with lazy sales reps who clearly have no pride or joy in their job. Initially received the item on Monday. I was expecting one 226mm tailpipe for the beetle (only needed one as the other tailpipe was in good condition). They offer 4 different lengths and types - all constructed differently internally, some are stainless. However I was actually sent a completely different tailpipe that measured 260mm (the stainless steel type), not the 226mm. It fitted my exhaust ok even though it stuck out more and was different to the one I had on the car on the opposite side, but it was a better constructed tailpipe, so was happy to keep it. However to match the tailpipe on the other side, I kindly asked if they could send me another identical one to match. Requested another invoice so I could pay for it ect.. I attached pictures of the tailpipe they sent me to match an identical one and said I think the error had come from the incorrect part number being labelled on the wrong tailpipe and possibly a stock location error at GSF in Birmingham. However when I got a reply Tuesday morning, all I got was; "Unfortunately all you can do is order the same part number again as this is the part number you have ordered". Not even an apology to acknowledge they sent me the wrong part in the first place. Emailed them back stating their reply wasn't helpful at all and surely if they were to forward my pictures onto their supplier (to minimise any stock locations errors or incorrect parts labelled being sent out) they could easily send me an identical tailpipe. 3 days later, still have no response so am assuming they have ignored my email. Won't be using VeeWee anymore.

Ordered a week ago still waiting for my items. Wont be using VeeWee.co.uk again. Very disappointing

Veewee sent me the wrong product, I asked for an exchange, but they completely ignored my request and offered a refund. All in all not very happy with their service and still waiting for satisfaction and resolution.

Hi, the track rod ends that I received were not the correct ones for my '66 karmann ghia, when I phoned on Friday afternoon someone at veewee hung up on me, after phoning again, the phone went straight to answer phone, I then spoke to someone on the Chester phone number who was very helpful and told me to email the Birmingham branch which I did. I'm not happy with the guy from Birmingham veewee, I need a refund on the parts that do not fit my car, thanks, Mr. Bernard Smith.

Done a next day delivery before 10 am which came on a Monday after 1 pm! not the Saturday. I ordered on a Friday. On there website it does not say next working day delivery only next day delivery. Apoun speaking to vee wee I was quite frankly told that in the small print on another page that there is no Saturday delivery! On the checkout page it says otherwise!!!! I was assured I would receive my postage of £12 back and was happy with this response. Instead I received £5 back and a rude response from your team!!! Such a shame! In the world of Volkswagens I’ve always been meet with nice attitudes this occasion it was not good on your behalf vee wee I shall not be using you again or recommending you to anyone!

Bought 2 rear bearings kits. Picture showed 2 bearings and 2 seals ie inner and outer per side. When it arrived 2 seals missing. Told the kit comes with only 1 seal and the picture is wrong. Not my problem. Refusing to send me the missing seals unless I pay for them. Same part number on GSF gives 2 bearings, 2 seals, 2 gaskets and more for less!! Shoddy.

Put the window winder mechanism on and it broke straight away and going to be a nightmare to take back off and replace

Complete let down, ordered 4 parts only received one, when I called I was told I had to wait until Monday for it to be looked into? Absolutely rubbish

Window lifter was a different size to the original. Too wide. Jiggle around to get it to fit, including an extra couple of holes drilled in door frame. Only to find the bracket for the glass was also wrong.

After serveral weeks still haven't received my order, even though payment has been taken & no response from your customer servicers. Will never use VeeWee or GSF again after being a customer for over 25 years. Very disappointing.

Paid extra for a next day delivery. item hadn’t arrived after 4 days, when I called to ask about it. I was told it was dhs to blame????? Would have been quicker to collect myself

I ordered quarter light sealing parts for my beetle and the order included 2 off furflex channels for the back of the quarter light the parts arrived promptly but one of the furflex seals was broken in two places with the metal part sticking out. I phoned to complain and a new one was promptly sent however this was shorter than the good one originally sent. So not impressed. Sorry but you did ask!

I've got a wrong item. I ordered the 1stk turn signal switch No. 141-953-517F. That's the number written on the fracture. But have got a turn signal switch number 933vg0240. Best regards Jan Petersen.

Column mounted Indicator Switch for Beetles 1966 to 1967 in black colour. Equivalent to part number: 141953517F We have clearly stated that this is equivalent to the genuine number but do not imply anywhere that you will receive a genuine part replacement. Ordered a pair of calipers on 21st March. Got a package on 24th so all set to change over that weekend to discover only 1 caliper when there sold as pairs. I call on the Monday and give my order number to be told they know about it and another is on the way. I will need to call again tomorrow as no caliper and another weekend of fitting them gone. My 1st experience of veewee hasn't been a good one.

delivery never turned up! even after being told again by veewee staff on the phone it would! had to pay mechanic as he stood around waiting for parts that never turned up
