I ordered a brake master cylinder for my type 3 VW, in the picture of this cylinder on your website it shows the cylinder with rubber seals and plastic elbows for the reservoir pipes to attach, nothing in the description tells me that these fittings do not come with the cylinder and i have attached the image from your website, however, when the cylinder arrived there were no fittings, i contacted your aftersales to be told no the cylinder does not come with the fittings but no explanation as to why the image showed it complete, you also do not stock these items i was told after i'd purchased the cylinder and received it, which in my opinion is very poor and has resulted in me searching every supplier of old VW items to purchase them, this has resulted in a delay in me getting my vehicle back on the road and having to pay rental for garage space and the use of a ramp.

Order the oil sump gasket set for my 67 beetle. I assumed it would be the standard cork gasket set which has been delivered before through veewee. It appears to be made out of cheap cardboard. Not sure I am happy to fit them. Would recommend veewee source better gasket sets.

Really disappointed. Ordered and paid on line. One lot of parts arrived one day but one part was missing. I emailed the customer service, never had a response. Two days later the other part arrives. Unwrap it, it's wrong part. Not only that but on my invoice it is listed as the right part. So I go back to my order and look to make sure. I infact had ordered the right part for me but on the invoice it had be changed and wrong part sent. Called to check and was told sorry, cant order you another part now! Just a bit poor really. Still waiting for my refund for my Rear Beetle Lid.

Hello, I have received the second part of the package after weeks. I made 10 phone calls to find it because the shipping adress was not correct written. When I opened the package I realized that there are 2 running boards for Right side instead of one for left side and one for right side. When I checked them found out that one looks very bad and cannot even be mounted. Sorry for this review but I'm a bit dissapointed.

Once I had made my order I was expecting an email to let me know that the item had been dispatched, this email never arrived and so I found myself wondering just when I would receive my order. Then the order turned up out of the blue, the manufactures packaging was damaged so much so that the item was held it with clear and brown packing tape. This tape had become so stuck to the item that it was practically impossible to remove. The chrome on the item had some sort of stain in it that would not clean off and sticky tape stuck all over it. Fortunately I intended to paint this item but if I had not been doing that I would not have been happy at all. Over all I would say that next time I will think very very hard about ordering from Veewee again.

Needed some parts delivered next day which was a Saturday, checkout let me pay £8.00 for next day delivery. Nothing arrived and when I rang was told we do not deliver on Saturday - this was not made clear on the checkout page. I was told to read the Delivery terms and conditions. This is all very well but if you just put a note on the checkout page I would have made alternative arrangements.

There's not an option to collect from a GSF branch when you order online. GSF offer 55% off and VeeWee is only 15%. The quality of some parts is poor, like the Beetle window winder mechanism. And the range isn't that good.

The service was quick, however it was sent in a jiffy style bag with no effort made to protect the fragile oil strainer which was a bit bent out of shape. The packaging for one of the oil filters was also damaged. Will probably not order from you again.

Ordered Left-hand Side Beetle window trim received a Righthand one. Emailed to explain you sent another which was the correct side but was damaged. Emailed again you dispathed another but you sent the Righthand side again. I will have to email you again and hopefully I might get the correct side undamaged. Been using you're company for 10 years now and never had this much trouble in the past . So a little bit disheartened at the moment.

Execrable pricing policies across Gsf and veewee. This seems like a 'scene tax' or an opportunity to fleece the unwary.

Parts arrived in good time, in a jiffy bag but some fool had packed an oil strainer in without a box so it was squashed I had to fit it as needed the car back on the road.

I ordered some Beetle balljoints online for next day delivery, expecting them to be delivered on Saturday morning (having paid £12 p&p for the fastest delivery. They didn't arrive. I phoned on Monday to be told that I missed the 4pm cutoff so they weren't picked until Monday and would be with me Tuesday. I cancelled the order and drove to my local GSF shop after work and collected them over the counter. There was no notification at any time during the ordering process that delivery would not be until Tuesday. The over-the-counter experience was much better. Saved the £12 p&p and got 10% discount. Shame the online experience is so poor.

Hello Neil, Your order was dispatched by Royal mail 2nd class delivery on the 17th of June. Items are normally delivered within a couple of days. Sometimes with larger parcels that cannot be put through the letter box, there must be someone in to accept delivery, in which case, Royal Mail normally leave a card to state to collect the item from the nearest sorting office.
