Very poor quality part. Shoddy exposed wiring and misaligned holes rendered it virtually useless. Had to spend several hours trying to adapt and repair it to fit. Very disappointed.

My first time ordering from brewer online. Placed a big order for lots of engine bits. Car I'm building will have the engine on display, I'm not a big fan of chrome so looked through the site and bought what I though was gold coloured pulley wheels, fuel pump, and distributor bracket. All shown as gold coloured on the website. When the parts arrived they were black and some parts chrome. No mention of different colours on the website. On the whole very disappointing in buying on line from veewee.

Half the parts I ordered didn't come, when I made contact with the company it turned out to be a "packing error", considering repairing cars is my lively hood, this was a costly error.

I reckon this was a part for a Mexican Beetle. The spare black wire made me wonder as did the additional switched contacts then the wrong number of pins confirmed it wasn't the same as my March 1973 1300 Beetle. My loom plug is a loose fit on the switch and I only have single-speed wipers now. Not the end of the world but I wish I'd been less Scottish and paid the extra 25 quid and gone Heritage. Will do next time.

I ordered oversize main bearings as other suppliers were out of stock. Great delivery next day, but after dropping parts off to have crank fitted and balanced, the main bearings that were delivered were actually standard bearings! I couldn't get through to anyone after 5pm to sort it out so now have to wait until tomorrow to hopefully get some new bearings sent over. I'm on a tight schedule as I need the engine back in the car by mid October. I ordered 161VG0120 as per my deliver note, which should be standard crank, 1mm over size case and 1mm thrust.

Given near impossible to get through on the phone, or to pick things up from gsf, Also poor ability to track delivery (let alone that the delivery still hasn't arrived after paying £12 for before 10 next day..) I'd say lots of improvement needed.

Parts arrived very quickly. Yet to fit the petrol sender unit. The front Euro bumper is ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL ! Very thin gauge metal with equally poor quality chromium plating.

I think you need to rethink your couriers as parcel force are shocking and it has taken a week from when you posted my parcel to get to us. Not good for your business as how can I recommend you if it takes that long. You need to have a stiff word with parcel force

One of the parts was completely wrong. Although this has been sorted after phoning and emailing. One of the other parts appears to be quite different from the original but I have not had chance to try to fit it yet so I'm not sure if this will be an issue yet. All in all not a great experience.

3-4 days later and still waiting for my item to arrive. When ever I have ordered before it has always come 1-2 days but as of yet the parcel is still to turn up and have had no email or any contact as to why it may be delayed

No issues with the delivery time but the part I received was faulty and when I phoned to discuss returning the part I was told I had to fill in the correspondance that would be forwarded to me in the post. 3 working days later I have received nothing and my car still doesnt run. Why couldnt the person I spoke to on the phone take the details and allow me to return the part in the envelope I received it in last week? I did ask but was told that wasnt possible? It doesnt fill me with confidence.

Ordered parts Sunday night. Had confirmation of the order and payment 08:35 Monday morning with a note that I would receive an email when the goods are despatched. Wed morning still waiting for email so sent email to sales for confirmation of despatch. Thursday midday - still waiting for a response so sent email cancelling order. Ordered parts from another supplier at 13:00 - despatched by 16:00. Speaks for itself.

Tried to phone about 10 times over 3 days during office hours but never got an answer, emailed a question regarding a part and explained I could not find it on their website, got a reply by the end of the day directing me to their website, with no links to parts etc. Just found their customer service very bad compared to other suppliers.

We ordered a wing for a 73 1303s the actual wing arrived in a very poor state. And barely packaged. Richie the air cool specialist was fantastic and the guys worked well at sorting the issue out for me. But I would consider buying from a different source in future. As the problem should not have occurred in the first place.

I was disappointed that the beetle mirror I purchased had a horrible white edging and washer , which was not visible on the picture and doesn't look nice or match the other mirror on my beetle

Product is not as pictured, I was expecting a plated steel (lockable) filler cap, yet received a black plastic cap. Very misleading / disappointing.
