Ordered a standard exhaust for air cooled engine, looks good . Also ordered a twin port inlet manifold. The one sent was not the same as the image shown on the site, which was an EMPI one, that came with gaskets. I seem to have a slightly rough, standard version with no gaskets. Although the code numbers are the same.

Having broken down in Spain we needed parts to get our bus back on the road and made the order through VeeWee. Once received one part of the order was wrong, however we got around this. The service could have been better if we had been able to choose a priority delivery option and not rely on parcel force. It would have also been better if we could have completed the order over the phone and not be directed to use the web site as we were told they could not arrange delivery to an address other than that on the payment card on phone orders. However they did help us keep track of the order and once with us we were able to get the bus working again and didn't miss our ferry.

Got all the right parts, however I paid £8 for next day delivery as I needed the parts urgently, but it was delivered the day after next.

You placed your order on the 30th of June at 8.20pm which is after our cutoff time for same day dispatch which is why your order was shipped on the 1st of July with a guaranteed next day delivery and was delivered on the 2nd of July. It was very easy to select, order and pay for the parts. Placed 2 orders separately. One arrived very quickly, the other took a few more days to arrive and unfortunately one of the items were not as ordered but was quickly replaced. I would use again despite the slight problem as the company is very helpful and quick to resolve problems and parts are good value for money.

Package was very well wrapped but the product (campervan sill) was practically bent in half ,fortunately only needed a cut off it ,so couldn't be bothered about returning it.Probably not vee wee s fault more the courier they use.

Had a problem with the payment (my fault) but rather than contact me to let me know or chase alternative payment my order was cancelled without me being informed. I rang to chase the order and was told it had been cancelled

Item ordered on line. Delivery was swift, but wrong item arrived! One digit different, so human error somewhere! Getting throgh on the phone a slow business - 5 minutes of hanging on once re-directed. Problem sorted, and correct part arrived the following day, so quick to rectify.
