“I own a commercial MTB tour & shuttle company in Sedona, AZ. We exclusively use Velocirax for all our tour vehicles and can’t say enough about their durability, ease of use, and design. They’re absolutely perfect and built to past. They keep our bikes secure and comfortably spaced — down the bumpy dirt roads we navigate to for the majority of our experiences. Look no further, these are the best racks on the market!! Great customer service and easy to assemble too!!”

“This rack is excellent! It is a heavy beast but what do you expect if it's going to be stout enough to support five bikes! Hangs in the garage very easily and stores the bikes vertically. This is a lovely bonus!”

“Love it. We use it on the back of our expedition and can open the back when the rack is lowered. We do not have to lower it all the way to open the back. We have traveled from SC to VT and ME is out six bikes and had no issues with this rack. it gets a little squeaky but I think we probably need to just WD40 the joints.”

“I love the Velocirax 5x, the best rack I've owned so far. Specifically: bikes are protected during transport, easy to access any bike on the rack without removing others, and doubles as a garage rack. Highly recommend!”

“Purchased the Velocirax 5X to replace a tailgate pad. Shortly after purchasing, I hit an enormous pot hole in my pickup on a mountain backroad loaded with 5 bikes, not a single bit of damage to any bike. I would purchase again and again. Snake River Mountain Bike Club Approved!!”

“A bit heavy and hydraulics are a bit of a fight when pushing back into place with a load of bikes. But it is well built and happy with it overall. Also like the versatility! It's a great wall mounted in the shed for winter bike storage!”

“Bought the 7x rack. It’s a solid rack. It’s pretty easy to load and unload. The bikes attach securely and I don’t really worry about hauling $25,000 worth of bikes on this thing. I didn’t get the cable lock option because I already own a 15’ cable lock. Using that to lock the bikes to the rack is pretty simple. I like that the only contact point between the bike and the rack is the tires. I don’t worry about frame damage or scratches. The tensioning bolt for the hitch receiver is kind of a pain. I wish they’d use a knob like most other racks I’ve owned. With the bolt I’ve got to bust out the tool box every time and get out the wrench. I don’t have the right size socket, so if I want a socket I’ll need to go buy one. It’s a minor inconvenience on an otherwise stellar rack. I’d still buy it again. If they want to stick with the tensioner bolt, it’d be nice if they threw in a socket to help a brother out. That’s the only downfall I see on an otherwise excellent bike rack.”

“Love the convenience of transporting MTB bikes. Lowering the rack helps load heavy e-bikes. Extremely well built for dirt road shuttles. Would definitely give this rack a 5 star!”
