Absolutely horrific! Buyers will not pick up their parcels, however often they return worn and dirty or damaged, the customer service claims they will reply in 48 hours, it often takes weeks until they respond and then "Well, just have it dry cleaned again" at one point I had to give it to a special firm (had not received a reply within in 2 weeks) the buyer had not even bothered to use packaging for an expensive dress and ran parcel tape over the dress and my old packaging, resulting in it sticking to the dress, it had to be soaked and restored when the joke of a customer service FINALLY responded they said I need to show the damage on the dress, I showed them pictures of the parcel tape over the dress and said I paid over 30 to get it cleaned and showed them the bill, no, they refunded the "buyer" so apparently I should have waited for a few weeks or ripped it off and with it the material.... Also if an item gets lost, you don't get paid, fine, it is insured, however if the seller returns and it gets lost, you do not get refunded and have to wait until the claim of the sender gets paid. Sleazy as hell... Oh also they claim that maximum 10 days when you put in the request to be paid but that they pay out twice a week according to their website - don't count on it, it often takes a month or longer

Every order I have placed has been cancelled. Vide didn’t notify me that the order was cancelled and I waited and waited but nothing came. Checked my banking and I had been refunded. No mention why the order was cancelled. Incredibly disappointing when you are excitedly waiting for something to arrive. Would not use again. Seems a lot of listings are unavailable and tons of inactive users.

Horrific avoid- buyer bought an item from me for €2100. I received a request for it be returned the day after tracking confirmed they had received it. As luck would have it I then came across my bag up for sale under a username clearly linked to the buyer on Vestiaire Collective for €1700 euros more than purchased for. I sent a request asking Vide Dressing with supporting evidence to action this and their customer service is just SHOCKING- fob you off and said the return is still within their T&Cs! How is that even possible! No idea what this persons intentions were but screams scammer and I have no bag and no money 🤯

I have been using Vinted and Vestiare collective for years, and recently had my first sale on Vide dressing, the buyer put an incorrect address, my item is being returned and I had to pay for the shipping charges!!!
Because unlike Vinted and vestiare Collective, with vide dressing you have to pay for your shipping labels yourself, they reimburse you only 7.9 euros if you are shipping from outside France to france and no international shipping would ever cost so little.They mention vaguely different shipping prices on their website which apparently only apply to customers shipping from France! worth mentioning also their very poor customer support, and unfriendly user interface

I sold a pair of expensive designer shoes, first the buyer wasn't in, 10 days later they picked it up from the post office, the buyer never replied to me when I asked her to pick it up and only ghosted me, then same day a return request, claiming they don't like it, not only had I spent more than twice of what they refund (most of the buyers are in France and you have to send insured and tracked) the buyer sent it back with a very slow service, it took more than 3 weeks to reach me and when I opened it, the shoes were not the ones I had sent but a really cheap imitation in a dirty box (I sent in the original box with ID card (certificate) and dust bags) and no dust bags. I contacted customer support and provided pictures, the reply was that the shoes appear to be the same (plastic is not the same as python leather) and the buyer claimed this was the box and that there was no card or dust bags. So I now have a pair of cheap replica shoes while somebody has a pair of python shoes! NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I am not ever selling with this website again. Customer support is super slow, takes days to respond, then they fob you off, tell you you have to wait, then back up the buyer, despite the fact that the buyer swapped the item! Avoid avoid avoid!

An item was sent back, during transport the package was damaged, due to Covid it was contactless delivery so I could not refuse the parcel, yet their "Customer Support" (ridiculous really) claimed I should have refused, but couldn't explain to me how I can do that when the package is left on my doorstep and the van drives away? Since they used Collissimo the post office said they can't do anything, ParcelForce (the UK partner of Collissimo) told me that the parcel will be insured and the person who sent it can put in the claim, this happened in early September 2020, now in March 2021 nobody has contacted me, whenever I contact "Customer Service" somebody repeats I need to refuse a damaged parcel, yet can't explain how I can do that when there is no chance to refuse! Have they heard about COVID? Additionally, I informed them within 5 minutes of the door bell ringing, me picking up the parcel from the doorstep, taking pictures of the damage - in short I did whatever I could.

I made an offer of 550€ to the seller of a Louis Vuitton backpack, once de seller accepted my offer and made the price modification for me, immediately the bag was said to be sold! Kind of weird! Not serious at all!! Avoid videdressing!!!

I am seriously disappointed, a buyer added letters to the address, so it couldn't be delivered, I finally got an address certificate where the address was 36B (street) the buyer had given 36 Bis - which the delivery company could not find, they claim it is correct... Additionally, it often takes days until somebody replies, in some cases over a week. Then you have items where the tracking shows it has been delivered over 48 hours ago, yet they claim it wasn't (even if it is on the tracking black and white) and the buyer can still return, sometimes I received items back that were not as I had sent them, but clearly worn. The "customer support" is appalling. If sellers send from Germany to France, they get the price of the sending, if you send from the UK to France, you only get as much as sending within in France costs, a fraction of the actual costs, add to that that La Poste often doesn't scan or track, you need to use a different service, a more expensive one, but they require telephone numbers, which VideDressing only provides on request, causing a further delay.... Attached a screenshot of the email with the delivery address and the official certificate of the correct address! The customer service I received? To open a claim with the delivery company, now since the address is WRONG, I can't open a claim, heaven knows where my parcel and my item is, so I didn't just lose an item but also postage.

If i could give this company a -100 I would! They sell fakes with authentication certificates that aren't worth the paper they are printed on! I had the bag i bought checked out by authentic8mybag.com and the bag is fake but Vide absolutely will not accept it is fake. I've managed to get a refund today 01 July 2020 (only because I informed them I'd started a Charge Back dispute with my Bank as I'd received Counterfeit goods) but they withheld £22.52 as apparently the refund is what the bag is worth..... i paid £439.18 for it on 12th June but they only refunded £416.66.... I've emailed and asked why and their reply is thats what the bag is worth! I will be really pedantic about this now and will fight for my £22.52 and hopefully shipping costs too with my bank, as it cost me £48.30 to return the bag to their Paris office as it had to be sent insured for £500.00 and within 48 hours of you receiving it. If the bag is proved to be fake by their legal dept they will re-imburse shipping costs but they still say it's a genuine bag so it allows them to not re-imburse the shipping! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. It is nothing except a giant headache!

I bought the Vintage Chanel Pearl drop earrings from this American seller ID "Mytreasure", and it was awful experience ever, every single chat was expecting to answer her ASAP, and blackmailing buyer by cancelling their order , pushing the buyer of make decision right aways on shipment, and on other hand make buyer waiting for ages if buyer has any questions, anyway, the DHL which is crazy expensive, the earrings cost 279eur + 79eur for shipping, and I wanted to discussed to find a lower option ,this is not my 1st buying stuff from France or international, I know there is other option in term of shipping , turn out the seller not only She had zero concept of the different time zone between USA and France even though she's American herself, and the seller was also listed on other website, and trying to bargain between each buyer, that's unfair, there is no 1st comes 1st serve in this seller, And "Oh too bad, you're late, I sold them to other buyer on other web??!?? WTH??? " last but not least, she was trying to send nasty messages to me, and there is no blocking from Videdressing at all. She is Proudly calling herself Professional seller and not willing to help buyer,no professional seller would do sucj a thing. Im very disappointed on the way of this transaction on videdressing, there is zero involvement to help from them either. Im out, will not buy anymore from this app such a crappy seller and policy. After cancelled my order as ahe said it has been sold to other, it still available to buy on the App??? Please avoid this nonsense old American lady. She possible could send by EMS with signature required but I just realized, she wanted to queezed out as much money as she can on shipment, no such thing that send a pair of earrings from France to England (where my parent in law live) is cost 66eur. Greedy seller I also dont understand the Videdressing method, they charged $5eur for authentication fee,which it need to stop at them and then from there to me but if it send direct to me, how can they do authenticity??!?? Awful mess, glad not waste time and money in this

I sold an item on your site on August 18th (Order number 3405366 | Order date 08/18/19 - 18:20) an item that was received by the buyer on wednesday August 21st. I sent many messages to the buyer (messages that you can check on my profile) and also to assistance without answers. I only received a message from the assistance (from Karine) asking me to wait for the maximum time, in this case more than 48 hours from Wednesday to Saturday August 24 to be able to conclude the sale. On Sunday 25th August, at 11.00 pm the buyer sends a return request. I kindly ask you to check all the messages and all my efforts to understand why the buyer has never replied to any message even though she read all the messages that I sent. I do not believe this return request is correct and I ask for a serious verification of the facts. I received my item from Videdressing and it not only came dirty, but it also came torn. My package was first delivered to my neighbor, thus , not having two days to make my return. Not only did I send my concern to the seller (taking her days to reply) but I also contacted customer service and it took them nearly 4 days to reply back to me - then stating that my 48 hour return possibility is expired. I had an agreement with the seller to make the return, however, Videdressing is blocking that possibility. I received a torn and dirty jacket which, in my eyes, is considered damaged goods and the 'customer service' (or lack there of) is non existent. This is a very dishonest company and as the other buyer wrote below, Fraudulent! Think twice about buying through Videdressing. Also- I did make a formal complaint through PayPal. Hopefully it will be resolved.

TOTALLY dishonest and FRAUDULENT TOTALLY dishonest and FRAUDULENT - I was sent a pair is shoes that had no sizing visible- they were so small I couldn’t get my foot in! In error I hit the resell button instead of dissatisfied - I immediately emailed customer service to point out my error and they responded 7 days later to say that because I had finalised they sale that they would not refund. I have made a formal complaint to PayPal- everyone should- it’s the only way to get these guys shut down. Check out other review sites- all similar horrible customer experiences . Report them to PayPal.
