“Only had new boiler since June 2018, but excellent so far. Much faster to heat up the house than our old boiler and a better flow rate for the showers. Haven't noticed any difference in the fuel bills yet but I guess the efficiencies will kick in more in the coldest part of the year.”

“Only been installed for a few months but so far great product. Time will tell if its more efficient than my old boiler at the end of winter when I can compare year on year info.”

“The boiler is very efficient. But the accompanying app is not user friendly. If you choose to lower or raise a temperature, the app is not intelligent enough to go to the original temperature when the timer changes. My nest app could do this previously. It could do with integrating with apple HomeKit or google home etc. The inclusion of geolocation would also be useful. A simple away button or home button to reactivate when away would be very user friendly. The inclusion of Bluetooth connectivity in case of WiFi failure would also be useful as not all people have their boilers physically within a readily accessible part of their property.”

“Ok but unsure of how to set the boiler, clearer instructions would help. Our installer said to leave it on constant and let the thermostat control, is this so? Some confusion! House is nice and warm!”
