“I was very taken by the excellent reports of Viessmann boilers in "Which " last year, although the sample size was small. This year's reviews are better with a larger sample size, so I had one installed by HD Plumbing and Heating. Excellent service throughout from Kevin. Arrived as stated, fitted the boiler and was respectful and tidy. All this at a great price and with a 7 YEAR GUARANTEE as well.!Fantastic service and a great boiler.”

“Had a new Viessmann boiler fitted in May 2018. Chose it after extensive research of competing products from other suppliers, and was impressed by the build quality, maintainability and spares availability in the UK. Very impressive. It ran the hot water all through the summer and has now picked up the house heating load without a hitch..”

“The boiler seems good in terms of efficiency. However there is quite a loud echoing noise that goes whilst the system is on. My boiler fitter said this was normal and that it is the noise from the fan. I find the noise rather irritating!”

“Very pleased with the service of the approved installer - quick to respond and thorough installation. I like the 10 year warranty and that the boiler has a variable burn rate, depending on the load.”

“Boiler has performed faultlessly since its installation. Compared to my previous boiler I am surprised how quiet the Viessmann is, if you put it on manual operation you can forget it's on as the noise level is so low”
