Boiler giving great satisfaction

Bi have a Viessman CH boiler for 9 months. To date it has proved efficient and reliable.

A capable boiler (Vitodens 050-W) but not outstandingly so. Its main letdown is its poor sensitivity to water flow. The kitchen tap, which is within 1m of the boiler, requires opening rather too much before the boiler detects the flow and triggers. My old Ideal Isar 30 (which was the cheap of the cheap) was far more efficient in this manner. Oddly enough the boiler's sensitivity is slightly better when the central heating is running at the same time. Using more water than necessary or desirable (particularly noticeable on a mixer tap) and not very eco so it means it has to lose a couple of stars.

We didn't want to invest in a new boiler but we're glad we did. We now have a very efficient and cost effective boiler guaranteed for 10 years! We're really pleased with the performance so far.

Hi, seem to be functioning fine although had extensive building work since installed and recently. The boiler and radiators have been on and off due to the work being done through the house. No issues to date.. The only downfall is the Boiler is a fair bit larger than I was led to believe..

Hi, i'm not sure if this is installation related or equipment related however we have had the boiler now since October 2018 and unfortunately it keeps losing pressure. Immediately after the installation the boiler was working perfectly fine, it has only been in the last 5 months that the boiler has been acting this way. We still have heating and hot water which isnt an issue however from my experience boilers are supposed to sit at approximately 1 Bar of pressure when it is either in use or not in use.

Everything working perfectly at present, Heat Force fitted the boiler and extra radiators with minimum fuss.

Seems to work ok no problems takes a bit of time to warm up the shower but not really a problem
