“Excellent customer service. Medicine didn't arrive in expected time(last time I choose 2nd class post, royal mails issue not viovet). Customer service arrange to send again 1st class, which arrived the next day. Thanks”

“Paid for my repeat item on the 12th January - still haven’t received it! Phoned Violet and was told it couldn’t be recorded as lost until 12 days had elapsed. Horses now without joint supplement for over a week.”
