“I’ve been using Viovet for various products for nearly a year now (various prescription meds and items, and Hills Prescription Z/D Dry Food). Everything has arrived within expected timescales. Was a bit of a nuisance when ordering prescription meds. (To upload prescription), but worth persevering, and VioVet always do their upmost to help. Very good customer service. Well worth using this company. Will I continue to use Viovet? YES Would I recommend VioVet? YES”

“Delivery a bit longer than expected so had to buy a harness but it’s a good job I did as the one I ordered was too big but never mind also the side Velcro ‘Police’ wasn’t what I thought I’d picked as I wanted ‘training ‘ as a new pup but a good price and product good if I could use it”

“Just wish that you would use a delivery company that texts the approximate time of delivery as FedEx just notify it will be some time before 6pm. Our dogs don't appreciate having to wait in all day until the lorry arrives!”
