“Have ordered tripe sticks from Viovet several times, the dogs love them. I was a little concerned with my last order as the one before was delivered to the wrong house in the wrong road.. Luckily the people saw the correct address on the box and bought it round to me. I emailed Viovet twice about this delivery error but still await a reply. Seems their 'Contact Us' team are not nearly as proficient as the dispatch team. My gripe really is with the courier, but it would have been appreciated to be acknowledged when bothering to contact them.. why pay staff to ignore customers?”
