“My wife and I thought we had double booked a vehicle from Glasgow airport as there was no booking details. Online assistance, sorted this error, re-booked a car for us, which ended up cheaper - and gave us the confidence there was no double booking. This was online chat and was sorted within 10 minutes, efficiently. Great service recovery”
