Hotline nicht existent; Mail-Anfrage langsam. Alles Ärger, den man im Urlaub nicht braucht. Also: nie wieder; demnächst immer direkt beim Vermieter buchen.”
“Not recommended as they represent a company that is not transparent with their charges and services. Once you paid the deposit, it is not refundable when you dont agree to pay those ridiculous bond and charges to get the car. Please avoid this if you could find other option.”
