“Rental car company cancelled my booking as I did not have my physical license. I said I would and could get it to them, and there was still 1 hour to my pick-up time. Rental car company refused to wait. So they cancelled. VIP Cars charged me cancel fee. Cancel was by rental company, not me! Back and forth, back and forth with emails, finally one Zak Kadian said to give them time to look into the matter. It has been a month, and they've swept the matter under the carpet.”
