“Booking was straightforward and efficient and rental charges were competitive. However, owing to recurring Ryanair failings, I missed my flight and needed to cancel my car rental. Was unable to do this on the 'manage/cancel' section of the VIP website. But using Live Chat - which was timely and efficient - I was assured that the booking would be cancelled and the only charge would be the deposit already paid of about 8 Euro. If this is the outcome, then VIP is to be recommended
