Arrived at the airport on time, proof on flight checker and flight details, having booked a car via VIPCARS using agent for EUROP car called Ansa Rentals Barbados… told at the airport they do not have any cars available. Needed to book a car at additional cost of £250 excluding charge of £65 from VIPCARS. Why would I do this? VIPCARS refuse the believe my version of events… next step is to contact EUROP car. VIPCARS IS A SCAM.”

IMPRVMTS:
- There is a gap between the insurance we contracted with VIP (full coverage) and the insurance proposed by the rental Cie (partial). It is an inconsistency that has not been correctly explained to us so far.
- The web site doesn't manage the history, no user account and no fidelity program.
- There is no way to choose the level of comfort of a car (we rent to you for 5 years now, sometime the car is old with 120'000km, sometime is recent and comfortable)
- The present form cannot be validated when using Firefox”
