Terrible customer service. Received a car through VIPcars with a broken windscreen to be told that there was no other cars available, asked for solutions to this and was told there was no other options. Every time I tried to raise the complaint them palmed it off and said to contact the 'supplier', who also wanted to do nothing for me. Since dropping the car back I have been charged extra on my credit card to which the 'supplier' and VIP cars cannot tell me what I have been charged extra for. Total shambles of a company and I cannot recommend enough that you avoid them.

I telephoned VIP to make a change - spoke to Christina and she was really helpful and promptly changed car with same provider to a lower price. Saved me £50 on the same car. Got the extra cover for reducing my excess effective for free. I followed recommendation on website to check before travel as rental companies do reduce prices.

Had a Live chat with Garry, who is super responsive and amazingly helpful. Due to a flight dealy, the pick up date had to be modified. sorted out the issue within a few minutes via Live chat.

I had an issue with failed payment, reached to customer support, waiting time was noticeable (approx. 20min) but the support I got from Ravi was excellent he explained me everything clearly and in a very kind manner. Looking forward to share more feedback post rental. Would be could for the future in the manage booking section to have full transparent cost summary which I was missing. Otherwise please keep up great work!

Just booked a car at VIPCars.com and made a mistake in my booking. Hopefully, the customer support service (big shout out to Sherral John) was really helpful and reactive, so they could fix my mistake ! I recommend it !
