“Terrible customer service. Received a car through VIPcars with a broken windscreen to be told that there was no other cars available, asked for solutions to this and was told there was no other options. Every time I tried to raise the complaint them palmed it off and said to contact the 'supplier', who also wanted to do nothing for me.
Since dropping the car back I have been charged extra on my credit card to which the 'supplier' and VIP cars cannot tell me what I have been charged extra for.
Total shambles of a company and I cannot recommend enough that you avoid them.”
“I telephoned VIP to make a change - spoke to Christina and she was really helpful and promptly changed car with same provider to a lower price. Saved me £50 on the same car. Got the extra cover for reducing my excess effective for free.
I followed recommendation on website to check before travel as rental companies do reduce prices.”
