“I have used VIP Cars many times, in several different countries, more than once a year. Their prices are usually the best, but the biggest advantage I've found is being able to ring them anytime, via their UK number. They then speak to car hire companies on my behalf, usually when there has been a flight delay. This ensures the car doesn't go down as a 'no show' when we finally arrive at the airport. Today our flight from Leeds is delayed by 7 hours (so far). Roman from VIP Cars efficiently rang the car hire company, and was able to negotiate with them holding onto the car, rather than re-booking, and at the same (excellent) price already quoted. Brilliant!
We had a similar situation last summer, but in terms of returning a car at an airport at different time due to flight being rearranged by the airline. Again smooth, and no additional charges.
