“A very straightforward course which was well presented and structured. The only reason I did not give a 'very good' rating was that the website did not allow me to take the course for 24 hours due to technical issues on that particular weekend.”

“The course was very thorough and easy to follow. It was good to have a mix of questions, reading and activities. I have done food hygiene before and so know most of the information - I found it incredibly frustrating that I had to click on every single piece of information before I could move on.”
