“The course was straightforward to execute and the method of application was useful in instilling the principles of safety and hygiene in food preparation and storage. The final exercise was challenging and thought provoking, and in most cases got over the points being considered.”

“Really great, informative. Nothing to complain about besides the very slow animations with no option to skip them. Some people read a lot quicker than others and it can be a drag to have to sit and wait for the animation to finish. Other than that, perfect!”

“Wasn't able to access course on iPad which was inconvenient. It took a long time for pages to load on PC so the course took much longer than advertised, which maybe was because of slow broadband speed. Otherwise a well constructed online course.”

“The course was good and dealt with everything I required. This is the third time that I have completed the course in line with food standards guidelines and for some reason I can never workout how to log in using my previous details and start a new course. Also one time I could not continue the course and needed to contact the help desk. They were helpful and sorted the problem out.”

“I found the course excellent. It covered every aspect very thoroughly, was presented is an easy to follow & fun format & which made studying enjoyable. However I felt the final test needs reviewing. To have three chances to do it, when most of the questions only had three answers & the options were in some cases so obvious as to be ridiculous, made me feel upset. It was almost an insult. I felt that the students who had made a real effort to learn & study to pass & get their certificate would not feel that their achievement was recognised. Almost anyone & everyone will pass. Course "Food Hygiene Level 2"”
