“i recomended evey one who do not what to do competed that course,is fantasstic improve your self ,and be happy i really enjoy and i know i can do that ,i recommended lots of people especially young girls and boys who dont know what they want , go and do cookery course and be happy thank you for opportunity ,i am happy ! thank you”

“You have not up dated course to include new sentencing guidelines effective February 2016. These guidelines apply to both health & safety and food offences. Thus, the fine & / or jail sentence has increased. Otherwise this was a comprehensive on-line course.”

“I enjoyed doing this course. All was very clear and detailed and I liked the 'challenges' along the way to check understanding. I did find that it took considerably longer than the 2-3 hrs that was stated - there's a lot of text which needs to be thoroughly absorbed.”

“Out of 25 places those who have done the course had different experiences. Some did it quicker than others some too a long time. Generally most thought it helpful but thought the questions took longer than expected. Some had trouble logging on, some used the library because their computers didn't cope. overall a satisfying experience”
