“I found the course reasonably clear and well organised,it pays attention to all the important detail,especially the ccp's. The overall impression is its a pretty thorough course and apart from 2 or 3 lets say ambiguous questions on the online test, it more than meets the job. I personally was updating my old certificates...40+..years exp”

“The course itself is no problem at all, although some of the sections are very long and can be arduous to read through. The only real issues I have is when purchasing the course the system generates a new password using my email address which then blocks my access to my existing account records for my CPD. Although this was corrected by the technical team. I have just purchased another course and the same has occurred. This very irritating.”
