“The course is very good. I would have rated it very good if I was able to do the course in my phone. Having to be on the computer all the time might not be easy. Phones are easily accessible.”

“The course is informative and clear. I only got 2 questions wrong. One said what would you do if you found broken glass in the kitchen - I said I'd replace it. That was wrong, I should have told my supervisor - but I am the supervisor - there are just 3 of us voluntarily cooking for a seniors' lunch club. I think it might be helpful if it was made quite clear at the outset of the test what position we are imagining ourselves to be in. Otherwise, very good - took me more like 5 hours though, not 2 or 3.”

“This course did exactly what it said on the tin. It didn't pull any punches and made me rethink and reconsider a few things I normally do. It is certainly a helpful course to anyone starting out in any food preparation activities.”

“Easy to follow instruction, with good reinforcing questions to test chapter lessons learnt. I thought the end assessment could have been a little more challenging as without the instruction I think I could've scored 75% with general knowledge and experience. Having said that I still believe it's a good learning tool.”

“I completed the leigionella course which was very informative and I will use virtual college again Only comment I have that , last year some of my co workers complete a course on food hygiene and received a hologram cirtificate by post , when I contacted your help line they said that this wasn't available for this course which I find not suitable as I would think a paper download could be faked which is not good for something as important as this Regards Colin”

“Apart from the difficulty of often having to give up and leave the site, when the drag and drop would not work, otherwise..the course seemed very good, nice how it broken up into sections, clear, stays in your mind, by the illustrations and the repetition of key points. Thank you”

“Really handy to have online learning. Thought the set up of the information given was good, however could have done with being either a bit faster paced or more condensed for people, like myself, have completed many food hygiene courses before.”
