“Can I leave a zero instead of one star review? Andando was the worst tour company ever for helping with my bucket list trip. not one but two ships cancelled and the 2nd one was while I was in the middle of the Amazon!! and to top it all off Hugh knew about it a week beforehand and did not reach out. He only reached out by a EMAIL-not even a phone call A complete week later!!! I was literally on my morning excursion in the middle of the Amazon and found out he and Andando failed at the only job they had... to make a happy repeating customer. and in all my trip was delayed TWO FULL DAYS!!!! and to top it off, i paid for a single cabin with him at the Sacha Lodge and he submitted it to Sacha as a twin room!!!!!!!! VERY POOR AT HIS JOB AND I WILL MAKE SURE I CAN LET EVEYONE KNOW ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA FORMS I CAN. THE LACK OF COMMUNCATION WAS A JOKE!!!!”

“Multiple false claims in their marketing materials. Claim they operate without an engine and on sails only -- this is absolutely false. In fact on the 6 day trip the sails went up only twice (and not all the sails as they don't have them) -- once for 2 hours and a second time for 4 hours. The rest of the time the boat was on fuel and the motor was only turned off in anchorage. NONE of the staff speak English (not even the captain!), so anytime you need something you need to find the guide. I know this as I tried to print something out with the captain and his printer and short of pantomime, he had no idea what I needed. Food is a mixed bag -- chef trained in meat preparation, so if you love meat, you will love the food -- if you are vegetarian like me, expect lots of fake meat meals as the chef only knows vegan, not vegetarian. My room was in the crew side of the boat (stern), while all the other passengers were in the bow --bizarre. Based on all the false claims (all the photos show the ship with it's sails up which is completely false), I cannot recommend the Mary Anne.”

“Horrible company. Do not book with them. I booked a trip for October 2021 for Galápagos Islands. They took my deposit of $1410.00. Now they just told me the trip was canceled (no real explanation just that it was because the boat was undergoing “maintenance”) after I just days before confirmed where I should fly into and purchased my airline tickets. I requested a refund of my deposit and they claim they will get it back to me in 2022 - which was not in the agreement or fine print anywhere. Now I arguing with them to return my money”
