“Order on November 28 They say they made a USPS shipping label on November 29 It now December 15 and it has not been shipped”

“Received a faulty hair dryer with a short. Refused to answer my emails. No company contact what so ever. Be ware and don’t buy from this fraudulent co. I will call my credit card company and put a block on them.”

“On June I ordered 2 bottles of Vitamins the money was taken from my account I never received a order number like they said I would I have called numerous times left messages I sent messages on the web sight no one have not respond to any of messages I beginning to feel that this company is a scam.”

“Ordered a product advertised to arrive Dec 1st. It is now Dec 5th, that will do me no good as this is for Colonoscopy prep, on the 5th .I even wrote an email checking the delivery statues. One reply said Dec 1, and one reply said Dec 5 I will not order from them in the future.”

“Sent incorrect merchandise, responded to my initial email promising a return, then ignored my emails for three weeks. Not a trustworthy company, do not waste your money with them.”

“no contact from Customer Service, I have sent multiple emails. My 3 bottles of lotion arrived in a bubble wrap envelope, smashed! They won't even stand up because they are so damaged. Why they can't ship in a box!”

“No customer service. No response to emails. No phone number. If you get something wrong with your order you are stuck with it. They Send you codes for free shipping but the codes are invalid. False advertisements. Funniest part is all 5 stars reviews are placed (as of this writing) 3 months ago”

“The boxes of hair dye were shipped in a soft bubble envelope. They arrived smashed with the contents strewed inside. They clearly should have been shipped in a cardboard box. Wow. Such foresight.”

“I ordered some bandages. What they sent me was not what was pictured in the ones I ordered. I have asked for a return and refund but they won't respond to my emails. Will not be doing any more business with them. Disappointing.....”

“Missing items and wrong items has been sent. Where’s my rest of the order? The items that I received is the same brand as I ordered, but looks different as the picture. Where did you get that? One item is really close to the expiration date. Poor customer service. They didn’t respond. Never responded. I’ve been sending them emails for so many times.”

“Ordered EOS lib balm spheres for shower favors on 2/8. When they were delivered they were not as advertised on the website. Have emailed as directed in their online FAQs, and called, since the day they were delivered incorrectly. As of 2/18 have had no response. Very poor customer service.”
