“Placed an order for a pilates reformer and paid in full. Received an email the next day to say no stock, as the last one left is damaged, so they would refund my money (this seems to be a reoccurring story in reviews below, if only I saw before purchasing). Tracy (UK manager) promised my refund repeatedly for over 3 weeks. No money recieved. I emailed the owner Roger Atkins and line manager Adam, both have ignored my email and I have still not recieved a refund, nor a reply. They don't answer the phone I am.beginning to wonder if this is a scam company?! They took.my money, promise refund, but over 3 weeks later still no sign of it. This company is a disgrace. They are holding my money which they are not entitled to as they cannot fulfill the contract and are currently in breach of such. They appear to care least about customers. I would strongly advise you avoid this company and go elsewhere!”
