“Enjoying my new juicer! Easy to assemble, disassemble and clean. A bit large and the base is heavy but fortunately I have enough space to leave the base on the bench and put all attachments and accessories out of site when not in use.”

“Thankyou for sending me my dehydrator. I was aware it would take a while to arrive and was very happy when I received the email that it had left your storeroom. Up til then I got a little worried I may have been scammed as I don't remember seeing an email that my payment had been received - just the order was being processed. Now looking forward to using my dehydrator.”

“I love my dehydrator, definitely great with the square trays and extra sheets added so I can do fruit wraps and dry herbs that would fall normally fall through the gaps. It's also much quieter than the sunbeam dehydrator I had, and glad to be without the noise! My only disappointment is the temperature minimum is 35 degrees, and I have seen many recommendations for drying herbs at 30 degrees, though its said that 35 is also okay. Overall, great product, prompt delivery and I would definitely recommend the product and Vitality.”

“Was quite a good transaction. There was a bit of a wait, but that’s the new normal with logistics these days. The product is refreshingly user friendly, and am thrilled that the product is made of stainless steel and glass. Would be great if we have the option to get a stainless steel drip tray ;) The Biochef Kalahari dehydrator worked like a dream the first time, and was so quiet I wondered why I kept reading about noisy dehydrators. Great product, and great service. Would recommend”

“I like everything about my new food dehydrator. Except the loud beeps. Why on earth need it be deafeningly loud? And as it switched itself off in the night, I had to endure something like 18 loud beeps before it finally stopped. Surely 3 beeps would be sufficient if deemed necessary at all. Otherwise, easy to use, the racks slide in/out easily, and best of all my first experiment of dried feijoas is a success!!”

“Received my 9tier Food Dehydrator this week and straight away filled with fruit and dried overnight. Very impressed with outcome, booklet is helpful. About to dry veges and looking forward to end result. Can't give 5stars until used long term.”

“We had a small problem trying to match the tracking number we were given of our dispatched item with the delivery courier website - couldn't get it to work, but our juicer arrived the next day so not a problem. Had wonderful help on the phone to set up the warranty - brilliant service thank you. And so love our juicer!”

“Initially there was a misunderstanding about my order and payment. Out of stock and cancellation while another staff person confirmed I could have a demo model. However, the miscommunication was resolved and I have received an excellent Oscar Neo DA 1000 which is making health revitalizing juices. Being in a fight to overcome cancer makes this vital. Thankyou”

“It is a good product with a powerful motor. Sometimes it gets hard to do the attachment and then make the juice so you should have enough time for making and having the drink. Haven't tried the Sorbet attachment yet but very keen on it.”

“I bought their 3 person infrared sauna. Even though it was delayed because of COVID I waited because they have the best price and great quality. I wasn’t disappointed. Unlike a previous one, this was easy to assemble and would be great to move as it just clips together, not screws. Don’t worry about preordering, it will come. Have recommended them to other people.”
